Meet Rose Oginga, a dedicated individual transforming lives and shaping futures. With over 15 years of experience as an educator, mentor, nurse, coach, speaker, author, and transformational coach, Rose has profoundly impacted countless lives.

Originally from Kenya, she now lives in Tampa, Florida, with her loving family. Her passion for empowering youth and women drives her non-profit organization, IHOPEE Inc., which provides tools for academic and economic success.

With a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University, Rose believes in education and empowerment, serving on various committees and boards. Our programs focus on the USA and Kenya, and we are a tax-exempt organization eligible for tax-deductible contributions.
